Return Policy for In-Store Customers
If you have visited a store before purchasing, unfortunately we do not offer a change-of-mind outside of the first 48 hours from your purchase.

At Nick Scali we don't have a change-of-mind returns policy beyond 48 hours from placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order or change your order in the 48 hours after placing your order, a £25 administration fee will be charged.
After 48 hours you will not be able to cancel your order without forfeiting the 35% deposit paid for your lounge.
If you have not purchased a lounge and have paid in full for your piece of furniture, unfortunately you won't be able to cancel your order after 48 hours has passed.

Return Policy for Online Customers with Non-Besoke Items
If you ordered online, a non-besoke item and you had not visited a store before purchasing, you have rights to a 14 day return/cooling off period. You can read the full terms here.
For non-bespoke products purchased online, where the product was not viewed in-store or with the assistance of a video call, you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including standard delivery costs. The following apply:
- You are not able to change your mind about an order for products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised. This is the case in relation to most of the products that we supply, and you usually do not have the right to change your mind in relation to our products. The legal right is subject to some conditions, as set out below.
- You must let us know of any change of mind about a product no later than 14 days after the day we deliver your products. If the products are split into several deliveries over different days, the period runs from the day after the last delivery.
- To let us know you want to change your mind, please submit an Online Only Change of Mind form https://nickscali.co.uk/returns-and-cancellations or email [email protected] with your order details and request.
Returning online non-bespoke products
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and in new condition. You are the owner of a product once it has been delivered to you. Failure to take reasonable care of the product may result in less money being refunded to you. To minimise this risk, please ensure that you pack the product appropriately when you return it to us to prevent any damage during transportation.
Alternatively, we offer a collection service if you are unable to return your items. We charge a collection fee equal to a minimum of 25% of the purchase price for each item returned, to cover the cost of collecting the products and you should request a quotation from us.
